Managing Director and Co-Founder, Kieran, is a recruitment power house. Having been a Team Leader and Principal Consultant at one of South Wales largest recruitment firms, Kieran founded Place to create limitless opportunity for all. Outside of work you'll probably find Kieran working out at the gym!

Ross McKenzie - Co-Founder

Serial entrepreneur, Ross, has been working in the sales and services industry since 2013. Having previously worked as a director for some of the UK’s largest Estate Agency firms, Ross wanted to build a group of business that are fundamentally different and built on the foundations of media and marketing. At home Ross lives with his wife Naomi, and daughter Isla. Ross is also the proud captain of his local rugby club, Llanishen RFC.

Meredith Burke - Operations Manager

Meredith is our professional and motivated Operations Manager who provides endless support to the the Place team. Driven to accomplish her goals, she enjoys working in our fast-paced environment and positively overcoming any challenges we face. Outside of work, Meredith has recently moved back from living in Australia for three years where she was also a Operations Manager at a Real Estate start up!
